Dissatisfied Customer

They overpriced me for replacement springs on a garage door. 45 dollars per somehow becomes 200 per, which makes no sense to me. I'm not going to rebuke the labor costs (they did a fine enough job doing it), but I'm dissatisfied by possibly saving 300$ by picking up the springs myself.

I (stupidly) paid $350 to have the two motion sensor lights on a garage door. $100 for labor and transportation is not a problem, but $250 for sensor lights is highway robbery - should be about $50, even with a markup. And don't be fooled by their "high ratings". The guy offered me $50 off for a 5-star review that had to be done before he left. I refused so that I had the right to complain.
