Booked their technician to come help me out tonight and was originally told a wait time no longer than 45 minutes. After 1 hour the technician reached out and told me he would still be another 30 minutes. When I called the office back their system hung up on me twice before they picked up. I did tell them I could wait if they would lower their cost (found to be $35 more than other local locksmiths) but they would not budge. Would not recommend because of their unreliability.

My husband locked us out of our house on a Sunday evening. We called AAA and they had a company come out to help us. They worked on the door for a few minutes and then told us they would have to break the door to get in. They did not seem to have the appropriate tools with them or know what they were doing. We told them we didn't think that was necessary, and sent them on their way. I called Pop-A-Lock and the woman I spoke with on the phone was very nice. The technician took longer to get to our home than we were originally told, but once he was there he had our door unlocked, without damaging the door, in about 10 minutes. I hope to never need a lock smith again, but if I do, we will call Pop-A-Lock.

Called the number to assist with car lockout at 4:30pm. I was informed that it will take about 30 minutes for someone to arrive. Called back at 5pm and was told that it will take another 20 minutes. Then received a call at 5:30pm informing me that it will take another hour. :( Cancelled the call....very unhappy.

The owner, Frank, did his best to copy and program my car key. Although the programming part didn't work, he was extremely courteous and gave me two copies of the car key that needed programming and suggested that I try with someone who has this capacity.I was very impressed with this gentleman and highly recommend him and his business.
