I used their service on Sunday. I was told that the fee to open the car starts at $59. So imagine my disgust when she tells me the fee was $130. Carmit Cohen was the contractor. I didnt have cash so she tells me I can cashapp her. So I did. Carnot Cohen charged me an additional $15. I dont even know how she did that. And I cant ask anyone because no one answers customer service. I have been trying to get a receipt for reimbursement and its Thursday and I have been placed on hold for over an hour or transferred to a full mailbox, then told to call back in the morning. Dont use this service. They are unprofessional and their contractors steal from their customers

I have never written a review and if I could give no starts thats would be best. They not only charged an amount not agreed upon but also had the lack of professionalism and decided to hang up every time I tried to ask why they billed me $100 over. Please if you can go to another company do so. I do not like writing reviews specially negative ones but as a business owner myself I know never to make these careless customer service mistakes. Please save your time and money.

I called for service due to vehicle been locked out. They took my info and said technician will call in 15-20 minutes. After almost an hour waiting, I decided to call back and get status. To my surprise, they told me they cannot do the service because the roads are bad (it is snowing). The least thing they could do is at least call back and say they could not do the service anymore!
