Wife locked keys in van while shopping. Called them, they responded quickly and had the car open in a couple of minutes and were very nice about it. Hope not to need them again, but if I ever do need a locksmith again, I'll definitely start here.

I called a few days ago to inquire about a lock change service for my garage door. Wayne contacted me to follow up and see if I still wanted the services completed. I informed him that I did. He made arrangements to squeeze me in for a same day service within a 2 hour time frame. When he arrived he was explained to me how the new lock would function and then he installed it. Installation was completed very quickly and then he demonstrated the lock's functionality. He was very professional and friendly while performing the services. Based on this experience I would highly recommend Lock Unlimited to anyone needing lock smith services. They are prompt, professional, and reliable. I will also utilize their services again if needed.

I called after I forgot our house keys inside our apartment and told them I had locked out my fianc and I and our 9 month old son and the technician had shown up so fast it was literally maybe 5 min and when I got there I realized I had no cash with me or any other way to pay him so I apologized for wasting his time but he was very nice and understanding about it and even checked in with me to make sure I was able to get in, which i was. It was so incredibly nice and thoughtful and if I ever happen to lock myself out again, I will be calling him!

I returned from Florida for Christmas to Hagerstown Airport, only to find that I had left my car keys in Florida. I called AAA, who put me in touch with Wayne at Locks Unlimited. Within an hour, I had a set of duplicate keys and was on the road to our next holiday destination, as if nothing had happened. Without their professional and prompt service and reasonable pricing, I would have had to have had my car towed back to my home in northern Virginia to get the valet keys, adding 2-3 hours on to what was already going to be a 6+ hour trip to our next holiday destination. What a life saver!

No one was in the shop when I got there. I had called ahead to have my key made. I finally had to call them. Felt rushed. Was asked if I had a key code and I said I didnt know. My daughter was sitting outside in her car waiting for me and heard him say she dont even know if she has her key code. Two more customers came in as I was paying, and the man waiting on me told the other guy, Im trying to go to lunch, youre gonna have to get them. The dark haired guy was very nice but the balding guy was rude!!

Wayne!! What a stand up guy!! I was in a jam where I had lost my keys and was not able to recover them. My wife and I were stranded on the PA turnpike after I accidentally flushed my car keys down the toilet... Locks Unlimited were the first people we called that were able to assist. Even being over an hour away, they made the trip and worked with us every step of the way to get new keys made for my car, even going so far as to get the keys overnighted and pick us up from our motel to take us back to the car the next morning. Service was quick and communication was constant. We constantly were in good hands through this absurd ordeal. Shout out to Wayne who did all the legwork and travel!

They can make just about any key you could need. My only problem with them is there isn't enough people there to help you. You end up having to wait because they are usually outside dealing with people that have interlocks on thier car. I realize there is money to be made from drunks getting the interlock system on thier car but what about the key people? Then the guys are usually frustrated at the person getting the key made and it definatly shows in their attitude when they finally come in to help the lock and key customer. I used to recommend them as a place to go for lock and key service but not anymore. It's a shame they have down hill with this service but maybe thier emergency lockout guys are nicer.

Called for lockout service on my house. Was quoted $250 ... $80 for the call and 2x$75 for labor (guess math isn't needed to be a locksmith). Very surprised business has a five star rating
