Called at 3am, got someone on the phone right away. Price was good, wait time good. Was offered a discount to wait until daytime, which I did. When I called during the day, wait time was only 30 minutes, and they honored the first price quote, even though I waited 2 days to hire them. Locksmith did perfect work. Only thing they could work on is smoother communication... I spoke to 3 different people and they didn't always know what the other ones had discussed with me.

The staff is awesome .. kind and courteous.. but when it came time for the payment .. the owner or manager changed the price .. I was quoted one price over the phone .. then when I get there the owner / manger gave me another ..I agree to it .. only because I wanted my key to work .. then I needed it program .. a worker there gave me a price that I agreed too .. only to be changed by the owner / manager.. I told him I wouldnt agree to the price change .. he told me .. how do you think I can be in Business if I charge these prices.. I told him thats not my fault .. why quote someone just to change it later .. he Fought with me until he agreed to the price I was quoted.. be advise make sure you get the tight price .. will NEVER GO BACK !!!

Communicated with this company Saturday evening about key fob replacement and programming. They told me that they're open in Hagerstown at 11 AM Sunday morning. I drove the 45 minutes to get there Sunday morning. No one in Hagerstown; no one answering phones, even their 'emergency' number.

Avoid this store like a plague for ripping off customers. I brought my uncut keyto them to duplicate my original, only to being overprice charge of $15+ dollars. How did I know, I did the same thing months ago for $7 from other locksmith store.

Service was amazing. I lost the remote to my car and only had the valet key. The dealer wanted $400 for a replacement remote or $200 for a spare valet key. Every locksmith said they did not have the codes to replace the remote or make me another key. I called these guys and within an hour had a new working remote for $125.00

I used Keylesss shop services for a key and the fob. The key doesnt even open my car. They stated that they would fix the issue, but havent. I use the fob to open my car. Shortly after (to be precise on October the 3rd of 2018) the fob battery was dead. They sold me a defective key fob. They sent someone to change the battery. The person whom serviced the car told me they battery would last to two years. Here it is a month later, and the key fob is dead again. I call customer service and Maria ( the receptionist) tells me that I would have to pay them to come out to change the battery. Then she says it would be free if I bring it into the shop. I said maam Im currently at work I dont get off until 8pm and your shop closes at 7pm. Why do I have to pay for your mishaps? The receptionist had a nasty attitude and was unconcerned about the situation, when it was an issue they created from the start. They have very poor customer service. Theyve inconvenienced me twice by saling a defective product and by consistently displaying very horrible customer service. I wouldnt even recommend my worst enemy.

I needed a 2nd key for my 2015 Acura with push button start. I contacted them to see if they had one. They didn't have the exact one in stock, so they ordered it without even a deposit. I scheduled an appointment at 10:00 am on a Saturday. I was in and out in 30 minutes, key fob works great and they even cut the manual override key. The Acura dealer wanted $500 and I paid $280.00. They have all of the tools of the trade and were wonderful to work with.
