Roi was incredibly helpful, incredibly fairly priced and Im beyond happy with the level of service I received. We locked ourselves out of a supply closet and his bid came in about 20% less than competitors. He went above and beyond for service and out business will absolutely be using him again. I bought a digital lock from Best Buy. Geek squad came out to my home to install the lock. However, they could not install the lock because modifications had to be made. Thats when I called Cheetah lock smith. I spoke to Roi. He told me to send him pictures which I did. He called me back 10 minutes later and said he can be at my house in 30 minutes. He arrived 30 minutes later. It took him about a hour to install the lock because of the modification. He did an outstanding job!! I would recommend him for any of your lock smith needs!

Today Roi came out to fix my patio door lock. Upon inspection, he determined that the alignment was off. He got out his tool and just fixed it. Outstanding experience. Our neighbor was robbed and our spare key taken and we decided to get the locks changed right away. I called and he said hed come right out. An hour and 20 minutes later Im sitting here writing this review with 2 brand new locks and keys (and he probably left about 30 minutes ago). If I could give more stars I would.
