My first initial contact was Shantel, she was pleasant and professional over the phone and In. I wanted a key remote start for my car and she was able to assist me with that and she programmed. A few weeks later I realize the that I wasnt receiving the range on it so I called on the phone to let them know my issue. After sales was great, she probed me then asked if I could come in so they can look at it. I went she checked it out, still wasnt working with the range. She made a call and got authorization to change the key remote. No hassle nor did I at to pay extra.I was most impressed. Thank you all so much Oh did I mention the price was right? Oh yes the cost was amazing.

Experience. Would Highly Recommend! My older Mitsubishi was especially challenging due to the complex key microchip codes after I lost the key. Where most locksmiths would have given up, these guys sent 2 guys and spent over 1 hour working on it until they finally made it work. Still only charged me the original quote!

The staff were nice and seemed helpful. However, I had them cut a sti key for my 2003 Subaru WRX. The key they cut wouldn't turn the ignition or my doors. On-top of that, when the guy was trying to help me out and he was attempting to turn the key in the ignition. He attempted to get it to fit by slapping it into the ignition. I didn't take note of it at the time but after he told me this key wouldn't work I tried to leave. The issue was that the ignition would not accept my normal key after that, I had to jiggle my original key for a few minutes just to get it to turn. I didn't have time to go back and complain since I had to get back to school and I thought it was a temporary issue. It's now 7 hours later and my ignition is still not accepting my original key. My ignition had no problems before I visited here.I also took my keys to another locksmith and they said it was cut wrong. So now I have expensive key that is now a paperweight and a expensive ignition repair in order to have my car run properly. I've compared the keys, and you can see that the ridges don't line up properly and the keys still had burr marks.I wasn't charged for the service because they could not get the key to work but I wasn't expecting to have to replace an ignition after this visit.

Could not have asked for a better experience! I called while I was at work to see if they made keys for my 2017 Ford f350. Was informed they do and for drastically less than going to the dealer. Spoke to Byron on the phone I have never spoke to someone so caring and professional before that worked for another company. He told me they did not have one in stock at the moment and that they would pull one for me from a job that was scheduled for later in the week. He kept in touch from beginning to end and informed me of when they would be out to me. They were not able to make it to me while I was at work and I figured we were going to have to reschedule and I was fine with that since I was not in a rush and was just getting a second key. That was not the case he informed me he would come to my house even though I live 40 min north of my work location in PA. I didnt get home until about 8 PM and Byron still went out of his way to come all the way here and get my key done for me. When he arrived he was extremely respectful and very personable as well as easy to talk to. He knew exactally what he was doing from start to finish and guided me through every step as he was doing it. Byron is the reason from start to finish I am now and will continue to be a customer with this company. I will be sending referrals for sure your way and idk if the owner sees this or not but in my personal opinion Byron needs to be paid top dollar for his work since I own a business and employees like him are extremely hard to find. Thank you for all that you guys did for me and Byron thank you for all of your hard work and commitment to making sure I was taken care of!!!!! 10 Stars if it was possible!!!!

This is actually Ray McFarland. Had to use father in law account. We dont have google accounts.Byron MacGiver did an absolutely outstanding job on a very tricky interior lockout job. Showed exemplary patience and significant creativity in finally getting the door unlocked with no damage to the door. Certainly went above and beyond any reasonable expectations to avoid damage!!! Hes a vey accomplished locksmith. Hes our new go to locksmith!!!
