I lost my house key and called this company to get me in the house. Mr. Ken came and it took 3 hours to get the locks off. Another hour to put a new lock on. He incorrectly installed the locks twice before getting it right. He left my door looking like this (see below). He said it was bc I had larger locks than he replaced it with and said nothing was wrong with it. I could see through my door. He said he would put a plate on my door to hide the holes, but covered some of the damage with putty instead and then told me to paint the door myself. Then offered to put the bigger lock on after I pay for them. The reviews I read are not the experience I had.

he changed the locks in my rental property and gave me the locks free. He he just charge for labor. what a great deal. I will always Call Charly.I lost my keys. Charley arranged for his locksmith to come out and make me one. But, they had to buy codes and Ken paid for this personally. He is a good Christian man. I love this company.My insurance company called me to tell me Call Charley is on the way. Upper Marlboro is 30 minutes is about 45 minutes from my location. Well Charley pulls up to help 8 minutes after the call. It was dark cold and i was not comfortable, charley calmed me down and changed the tire. He was so nice and understanding a real gentleman. He said I have daughters and would want them treated the same way if they had a problem. Awesome service

All I can say is AWESOME! I have called and used Charley numerous times for tire repairs. I keep his number in my phone, and he is very responsive. He will come to your home, a gas station, repair shop etc.. I recommend him to everyone!

We cant say enough about the quality service and care provided by this company. My family and I (including my elderly mother and two small children) were stranded in a church parking lot, in the dead of winter after our car key broke off in the car door. We called dozens of places for help. Every other place told us they couldnt help until the next morning. So, that would have meant us sleeping in the cold car over night! How else would we get home? As soon as I called Charleys Roadside Assistance, I was assured that someone would come out tonight and right away. Naturally, our confidence was a bit tarnished at this point. But, we had to trust someone. We chose to trust the right people!!! A short time after putting in our service call, someone was dispatched. Someone was on site to assist us within one hour! The technician was so compassionate. He worked quickly and was sensitive to what a stressful situation we were in with hungry, sleepy, cold children. We highly recommend using Charleys services. Charley - we cant thank you and your partners at Lamar Locksmithing enough!!!

Charlie has helped me several times. The first time was when it was snowing in bowie and I came out to a flat. I was devastated!! He was there in less than 45 minutes and did the repairs in less than 20. I have been using him ever since. He is the nicest man and will work with you if you are in a bind. Excellent service!!! My wife and I live in Charlotte, NC. When she got a flat tire in DC on her way home from a business trip, I called Charley and he was on the spot in less than half an hour. He was easily able to fix the flat and had my wife on her way in no time. He was very friendly, professional and affordable. We are very thankful for his help!!!

I really had a wonderful experience working with your company. I drive a BMW, my tire went out and I did not have a spare. I called roadside assistance and the owner of your company came out to help us. He came to us, took off our tire, went to get us another tire then came back to put it on our car. We were able to get a new tire on our car without using the donunt. It was awesome. His attitude was great, the service was wonderful.
