Finding someone in my area who would program a new Ford key fob and cut the blank was a challenge indeed. A Google search returned so many options, most of whom are scams. I searched until finding LockOutSolutions who listed their business address and actually had online reviews from happy clients. I texted Cal who immediately contacted me back stating that he could both program the fob and cut the key at my home even though he didnt supply either. Talk about convenient! Cal arrived promptly, did his magic with the fob and cut the key without any problems. He didnt even mind me watching and explained what he was doing during the process. This man is truly a professional who is good for his word, can be relied on and trusted for honest, professional service! If necessary, I would not hesitate to use Cal's services again and will recommend highly to anyone who asks!

Was a great experience using his service! I lost my set of keys which had my car key as well as my house keys together on the ring. I contacted this business around 8 am and the owner responded and was at my home around 9:30am! Talk about fast! I ended up having to get the locks on 2 doors replaced as well as a new car key. All of this in 30 mins. I also was having issues with my car and he recommended I take my car to the Amish auto shop in Hollywood MD and tell them he referred me. What a great service he provides. He even volunteered to look under my hood to check it out first. I recommend his service to anyone, you will be pleased!

While taking out the trash was locked out of the home and because of great weather proofing and window and door stripping, I couldn't gain entrance. Called around 8pm, Cal came within 15 mins and after getting through two doors and three locks, I was inside my home without any damage to my locks. And his pricing was more than reasonable. Cal was prompt, courteous, and professional. Unluck other folks I have dealt with he wasn't trying to charge a arm and a leg for a car lockout. He arrived in 10 minutes and maintained contact. Best part was I wasn't even in the area! I found him online and explained what was going on and he got right to work. A+ Speedy Service!! I needed keys cut & programmed for a vehicle on a Sunday and I called and recieved an extremely reasonable quote with an estimated time of service and I can say Cal followed through without trying to rip me off and only charged me $25 more than the quoted price because the key I had to be cut & programmed didn't work and he cut, programmed and provided me with 2 keys! All with a great personality and phenomenal customer service which I always appreciate. I highly recommend lockoutsolutions I've had a bad experience with other locksmiths in the area ripping me off because I needed their services, Cal is friendly, professional and honest.

SUPER CHEAP COMPARED TO COMPETITIORS Cal was great responded right away and and out the same day after I lost my key and needed a new one cut and programmed. it was stressful situation and I did have to pay for overnight shipping for my key but its a minor inconvenience for my huge one. he was great hopefully I wont need to call him again but if I ever needed to, he would deff get my service every time.

I like to explain to anyone in the dmv area, Mr.Cal, whom I had a chance to immediately address the issue I had 02/15/19, concern my 2005 Cadillac. I misplaced or lost my key.Mr. Cal, answer the phone and I could've not spoken with a better person. He informed me to look around the car because most of the time we drop the key close by our vehicle. He also provided help far as me saving dollars by getting the key from the dealer if he was unable to meet a the client hour.Well, I went to the dealer and had a key cut for $60.00, buck because most keys today are embedded with a chip. My next step was to program the key to the car myself, which I call him back and under his directions he help me program my key over the phone. I must say that I did found the original key under the car and with that being said, it was excellent to find some that wasn't trying to rob me ,and provided detail information to help. I reccomend Mr.Cal , any time for anyone that needs help with remotes, or car key entry. 5 star rating all day long. Thanks Mr.Cal

Cal is a LEGEND! After a couple emails about which key I actually needed, we found out he didn't have that key on hand. He got that key sent to him by the NEXT DAY (Much faster than expected) and got in touch with me as soon as it arrived so we could get it cut and set up. Showed up within a few minutes and he got it all set up without issue. Price was WAY better than what I got offered elsewhere. He will be getting my business anytime I need a key.
