I was going to use this company, but with so many negative reviews they won't get my money. I rad a response from the owner regarding a review and he seemed a bit rude. I'm assuming you have been in business for a while, and if you don't know how to treat customers, I don't know why you bother.

So many red flags but I will just focus on the big ones: I had an interview for an entry level management position. Aside from the fact that the owner was an hour late to an interview he scheduled, (understanding things happen), I was blown away with how disrespectful he was. Upon coming into the room and having a seat, he never looked up once to greet or aknowlage that I had entered despite the Assistant manager attempting to introduce us. I extended my hand and still kept a smile. I tried giving him the benefit of the doubt... maybe it was a bad day. He didnt even glance up. He just asked me to sit down. I waited for him to complete his paperwork that he was clearly more interested in. After about 5 minutes I asked if he needed me to step out until he was finished. He then looked up and smiled and called for the Assistant manager. He then assigned her a task and she left again. When he finally began the interview, he received a phone call to which he answered and continued a 25 minute conversation about roblox. At this point I just wanted to leave. I couldn't believe I wasted my time for someone who clearly puts his private life above his business. If he can treat his potential staff this way, I can only imagine how he treats the rest of his company. Once he completed his call, he then began asking me simple interview questions and began marking on a paper. I noticed that even when I had stopped talking he was still writing. I glanced on the paper and he had been doodling. I've never been to such an interview where the owner could care less. Would never work here.

Called asked about key replacement. The associate answering the phone with Hello?!? As if I was disturbing him. So I asked him is this was Waldorf locksmith? and he answered yeah. I was immediately confused because I wasnt sure if I was calling after hours or what. I asked simply if they can replicate car keys. He mumbled something about a dealership and I said oh, even if its and old car with a simple metal key. No security mechanism? To which he replied I dont know man. You gotta ask them. I dont know what to tell you. I just said ok and hung up because it was obviously they were pretending to be an associate as no one would talk on the phone that way to a potential customer for no reason.1/5 they let random people answer their phones.

I found Waldorf locksmith on google, I called at 6am and the owner answered, even though the website states he don't open until 7a. I explained my situation and he said he would be right out. He came out assessed my situation which was quite complicated, fixed my lock, charged me what I thought was above and beyond fair and reasonable price. I 100% recommend this company.

STAY FAR AWAY from these people unless you want to be robbed. This old white guy pulled up in front of my house to unlock my door, charged me $90 for about 30 seconds worth of work. All I can say is this, they must be really broke to charge these types of prices. This is my first and last time using them. To : Waldorf Locksmith Scam- I hope you enjoy that $90 and then quickly go broke again!!!!

Terrible service! Paid over $600 to change locks and they broke the handle and damaged a door and locks still aren't working properly. Now they wont come and repair unless I pay a service charge!
