I used Grand Valley Towing to remove a car from my soon to ex husbands house. I have them my phone number and they sent me text updates of the progress of moving the car. That was super convenient because I was not at the pick up or drop off locationI called them during the day with the pick up address and drop off address. I had no interest to be at the pick up location and could be at the drop off location. They told me that I didn't have to be at either location and could pay via phone. This was amazing because it meant I didn't have to take a day off work. They were also prepared to pick up the car if it didn't have keys.

I put 3 stars for the cost only. $4.50 per mile. They were fast and friendly on a pleasant late Saturday morning. It was a long distance tow. Yes, the dollar amount was given up front, but not too much of an option when stranded.

Absolute best towing shop in GR. SETH SHOWED US WHAT HAPPENED SO WE COULD TALE IT TO THE SHOP AND GET IT FIXED saving us extra towing costs. Just amazing customer service.

I contacted Grand Valley Towing in regards to having my shed moved from one side of the yard to another. We scheduled the move for the very next morning. Bright and early Seth and Steve came out and moved my shed like a boss!!! They were fast, proficient, and very professional. They did an unbelievable job and I would suggest them to anyone! Had a good experience with Seth. Car broke down on the side of the highway at 2AM, and I called multiple towing companies. All the other companies didn't pick up or get back to me, and one company even had a blow out on the way getting to me! I finally made a call to Grand Valley Towing and after being on the side of the highway until 3AM Seth came down within 15 minutes after the phone call. EXTREMELY FRIENDLY even at 3AM, will continue to go through them with any services they can offer me!

Grand Valley Towing is terrific, I had to have my car towed to my dealership on 28th street and they said they would be there in 45 minutes and arrived right on time! Cody was the one that helped me and he was great! Very nice and friendly, I would recommend them every time you need their help!!

I was in Allendale for a school conference when my car decided to stop running. The gentleman on the phone referred me to a great shop so I had my car towed there. The driver that showed up was very kind and I was also surprised how clean and nice his truck was. The last company I called had a very dirty truck with very little room for me to sit. Thanks for your kindness at a not so pleasant time.

DO NOT USE! My honda is insured via USAA roadside. Although, I was driving a different vehicle, USAA said that vehicle I was driving could be towed through my insurance. USAA dispatched Grand Valley towing. After waiting for more than an hour, the tow driver arrived and refused to tow the car I was driving. When we tried to explain that we had already worked this out with USAA and it was approved by them, he was a ****. He told us to call USAA and get it cleared up and then he would tow us. I immediately dialed USAA and was on the phone for 2 minutes and thirty four seconds before he drove away without saying a word, and after he TOLD US to call and get it worked out. So, after an HOUR of waiting for Grand Valley Towing, we had to call roadside AGAIN and start the whole process over again. After we got that worked out, we called Grand Valley to complain and to let them know that we even requested USAA not dispatch Grand Valley again because they were so RUDE. Jasmin (the dispatcher) had an attitude of 'We don't really give a **** that you are upset.' No genuine apology. Thats said, USAA dispatched Fifelski towing to assist us. Guess what? They were at our location within 15 minutes. FURTHERMORE, the last time I used roadside when I was stuck in the snow I got an estimate of 45 minutes from Grand Valley. I ended up waiting for 2 and a half hours. Thank you Grand Valley towing for showing me who to NOT call when stranded and WHO TO CALL when stranded - FIFELSKI TOWING. If I could score Grand Valley at a 0 - I would. But a one will do for now. Now, off to yelp. You know, because if you are a company and are an unapologetic ....., customers have every right to warn others. Sincerely, two veterans that you left stranded - unapologeticly.
