Jeffs Towing and Recovery was sent to me through my insurance after I broke down 3+ hours from home. Andrew arrived quickly after being called to help me out, was very reassuring, made sure I had a place to stay and food before he took my car to the dealership I needed it to go to. I was pretty upset as I had never had my car break down and was in an unfamiliar place but Andrew did a great job of making sure I was okay and was a huge help with everything!

Jeff's Towing is completely reprehensible! They were called for a tow and when they got to the vehicle they refused to tow it to the shop, refused to send out the correct tow truck for the job, AND they performed a service that was never requested! The owner refused to make anything right.

We were stranded on a Sunday after 11pm FAR from home. Randy showed up quickly and was nice, polite and professional. He took us to a great mechanic to over night drop and we were able to get on the road the next day. Big relief.

Stranded on I-94 at night I was afraid because I was in an unfamiliar area but when the driver got there he was very professional and he made me feel very comfortable as well as safe. He called me before he arrived to verify my location and to give me an approximate time of his arrival. When he arrived he helped me get my stuff out the car and did an excellent job in securing my vehicle in an highl traffic unsafe area. He also waited for my ride to pick me up before he left and I really appreciated that. I would Definitely recommend Jeffs towing!!
