This is my second experience with dash locksmith. Always quick, affordable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Comes no matter the weather or time and works very efficiently. Superior customer service.

He will not return my husband's text messages after unreliable service. He didn't show up the first day, showed up late the second and hasn't been anywhere he's said that he's going to be since. We wanted a key fob programmed and a key cut. When he showed up he didn't have any chip keys to program which required another meet up with him, but still didn't have the right thing. He hasn't returned a text message since.After my husband spoke to Ashley, they did make things right with the key and key fob, but I do have to make note that he was late again to meet with my husband. Although it is admirable to make the situation right, I would not recommend their service. It would've cost more to go to the dealership, but would've been worth it because it would've saved precious time. There's a point in your life that time is more precious than money.

Dan didn't try to pull my leg about what was wrong when things weren't going so smoothly he was honest with us and got straight to the point told us several different solutions gave a several different options and was forward about what it would cost I appreciated his honesty and his reliability you don't find real people like that anymore.

This ol boy is good. got into my 2018 Flex with out even a scratch. price was reasonable. did not have to wait long for service. and he was soooo cool about the whole thing too. down to earth guy and killer service. will recommend on the highest level

Daniel saved the day!!!! I ran out to the store during my lunch hour and locked myself out of my car... I had a friend pick me up and bring me back to work, and was then stuck and with my schedule i wouldnt be able to leave for another 5 hours. Daniel went to where Id left my car, unlocked it, and delivered my keys to me at work!! If thats not quality customer service I dont know what is. Id give 30 stars if I could!!! I highly recommend Dash and Ill be telling all my family and friends. Thanks again!!
