Address listed is not a business its a abandoned looking home. Was very hard to locate it due to the fact there is no sign outside so I knocked on the door but received no answer. Neighbor informed me that the residence is vacant of a business and is a rental home.

I got locked out of my house late at night and was thankful to find this company open. I was even more thankful that James was the locksmith assigned to my service call. He came within 30min of calling and was incredibly professional. He made quick work of getting into my house and took the time to explain everything he was doing. The service was quick but I was charged $100 just for my car door to be opened. He said thats the same price everywhere because its Sunday. He then had the audacity to say the price would be $129 if I used a debit/credit card.

There was a very long delay in when they could arrive, which did cause some concern but I understand the circumstances. Everyone I talked to on the phone was polite, and the two techs that arrived at my house were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Cass was a great help!

My houses front door lock was 80 years old and over time, my family of three ended up with only one usable key. I called this place and got a polite gentlemen, Travis, to come over to our house in little over an hour (in 30 degree snowy weather !!) to replace our centuries old lock with a new set of keys; which only took him less than 20 minutes. Very thankful for their help and speedy service.

My technicians were John and Danny. They were there 15 mins after they got the call. It took them 10 mins to do 4 locks. I was amazed at how fast they got it done. Waited 4 hours for a Locksmith. Called to see if he was still coming since it was late. He said 'I don't think Im coming today' . Just rude not to at least let someone who is waiting know that you arent coming. I could have called other places now they are closed, smh.

I wish I could give them a zero rating. I spoke to the lady and asked her 3 times about the price. She told me every time the same thing, that its $29 to come out and a $19 fee to unlock the door. I waited for almost an hour for him to arrive. Once the technician came out he wrote an additional $89 fee. At this point I called back to the office that sent the technician and the lady basically told me I had to work the price out with the technician. He wouldnt budge, insinuating he was in a rush. In the end I ended up paying $143 for a job that took him no more than 2 minutes. Since I was trying not to become involved in a verbal dispute about the deceptive pricing, I decided to call back the next day and try to speak to management. Thats when the same lady answered the phone and basically again wants to go back and forth with me about the price she originally quoted me. She wouldnt give me the name of the company or anyone else that I could speak to concerning the matter. Then she hung up and blocked my phone number....so unbelievably unprofessional. Im taking them to small claims court. If anyone experiences the same type of misconduct, please respond to the comment and we will put a class action lawsuit together on them. This is ridiculous to take advantage of people because they know that you are in a vulnerable predicament. TOTALLY CLASSLESS BUSINESS PRACTICES, I WOULD PAY EXTRA JUST TO AVOID THESE COOKIE CROOKS

Horrible experience all around Over 2.5 later than he quoted cost twice as much than they quote on the page or on the phone.... absolutely the worst AND when ignored by the BBB this was their costumer service response after first explaining why certain actions would cost more (like making a fancy key... which I explained didnt have done or need). No mam that is what we charge to unlock the car it is the correct amount, why would you get a refund? When the price was explained to you before you he unlocked it and you signed for it. Disregard everything else i said doesn't apply to you because we did not make you a key. Lock outs can range from 65-200 debating on what we have to do we carry insurance to make sure we don't mess the car up hence why we use those airbags. So in sermation Never EVER use this company.

This company and its techs are horrible! I was locked out of the house at 6:30a and when I called the operator was polite and told me the tech would call and it would be between 15-35 minutes for them to arrive. The tech called right away and said it would take him 40 minutes because he needed to get dressed. I understand and waited patiently. An hour later he called to say he was on the way still with no time estimate. Thirty minutes after that I called him again and he didnt answer but sent a text saying he was on the way but had a flat tire which I do not believe. I cancelled because at that point it was after 8a and any local business was open. I was not about to be ripped off by these people and continue to wait. Horrible service and would never recommend!

I called because I had locked my keys in the car while it was running. The woman was quite rude on the phone as well but needless to say I waited about TWO hours and no one ever showed up. Luckily my boyfriend had AAA who quickly unlocked my car and got my keys. I hate a wasted time with this place.

MY tech was Cass. Class guy in many ways. Very prompt, very friendly, very courteous and very professional. Definitely knew his job. I called him and had some questions after he left and responded right back and even came back to my house to make sure everything was done perfect! I am from Ontario. I locked my keys in my car in Royal Oak. They quoted me over the phone $29 for the call and $15 to unlock it. The Technician drove a dark grey Jeep Grand Cherokee and was able to unlock my car in 5 minutes. I was charged $30 for the call and $245 to get it unlocked!!! The Technician's response as to why it was so expensive was that it was a Sunday night and Winter prices apply. I was totally taken advantage of.Beware of this company. UPDATE I just received a response from the owner?? Stating that I must have the wrong company... Similar response to other Google reviews ! Again BEWARE

This company is horrible I was given a wait time of 20minutes and 1 hour later I still didnt see a technician. I was given a price one price on the phone and once the technician arrived I was given a completely different price. I tried calling the office while I was with the technician to sort of the price discrepancies and the person answering the phone would say please hold and hang up. The technician was rude and unapologetic for wasting over an hour of my time. Their technicians are contracted out with unmarked vehicles very unprofessional. I ended up going with budget towing.

Predatory pricing. They tell you one thing on the phone and then the technician A) takes way longer to get there than stated by the dispatch person and B) increases the price by $100. They take advantage of desperate people, and should be ashamed. I'm sure a lot of their reviews are fake too. I wonder if they'll reply to this, telling me I have the wrong company...

My mother called this company at 10:37 on a Saturday morning stating that she was locked out of her car with my 15 month old at the mall. They said they would be there within 15 minutes to open the car. At 11:00 the driver called my mother saying that he was 18 minutes away and on his way. After another hour longer and multiple calls with no information they finally showed up. My mother already had another company respond. After calling the office asking for a explanation the person got loud and rude with me on the phone asking me what i wanted them to do for me. In mid sentence she put me on hold and then hung up the phone and continued to not answer the phone. Horrible customer service and response time. I will not recommend this company to anyone!

Address listed is a residential home they dont service out of, was expecting a store or office. Calling the phone number gets you no where when asking for a price on something so simple as making a new key for a door knob aold at home depoy dispatch 'can not give a price' so that was a bit shady. After asking 4 times and getting an attitude i pretty much lost interest. But it doesnt stop there, there locksmith calls me anyway and im greeted with 'you need a lock rekey, its going to be $65' kind of outrageous to believe a $5 lock consist of $65 for of labor to move some pins around, i decline and he hangs up as im in mid sentance. Moral of the story. Didnt even get service and with the shady behavior and lack of real locksmith knowledge i would only imagine what the servicw review would have been like. Do not recommend to anyone there was no problem with other companys i contacted. Got prices from them and it was alot more smooth. I smell a giant scam operation going on here. Google needs to investigate qulifications on this bunch of hacks!!

my review was removed. My tech was good and professional but he charged me a much different price then i was given by the receptionist. I was charged $90 per door not the $50 per door i was quoted. Also I called safekey but the tech shirt had a different company name on it and my receipt has yet a third company name on it/ who was I really dealing with?
