I was disappointed. I visited the establishment twice to get my keys made. It did not work. The guy asked me if I was sure if I knew how to use a key to open a door. I am 54 years old. Really!! The key still does not work. Money wasted.

Went to get a high security Medco key cut and the guy who cuts them was going home. It was 2 pm on a Friday. Must be nice.Looking forward to switching out my Medco locks soon.

Highly recommended to move a heavy antique safe! Everyone I interacted with on the phone and at my home were knowledgeable and courteous. After completing the questionnaire, I received a quick call back with an estimate. It was only four hours from the time I first made contact to when the move was completed! Care was taken in handling my safe, protecting my floor from damage, and watching out for my walls around corners. I hope I dont have to move my safe for a long time ... but if I do, I will definitely call Howard Safe! I plan to stop by the store to see the safes and try to get duplicates of some keys made. Thank you again to everyone!

They improperly cut my Corvette key, then said they could not order another one. They are available online so what is the big deal? It was a huge waste of time. They did give me a refund, but they failed to provide service they are in businesss for...very disappointed.
