i called them April 15 for a replacement key. was told the price would be 120 than once the technician showed he appeared high and told me 160 than he said he had to get the key from the shop. Than he left this was at 5:00pm didnt return until 9:00pm than his boss had to bring him the keys. He wanted his money up front the 60$ he told i needed an ignition than he wanted more money 220 $. The manager said he would come out fix the whole thing then I had to get the police involved. These people are a scam artists and bad for business. My key broke off in the ignition the same day. Beware of this company at all costs.

Once I initiated contact with a pleasant lady ( didn't get name,). She was extremely courteous. And informative. She let me know the service technicians name and his ETA. ...2 minutes..... Unbelievable.. Eli assessed my situation. He was patient, skilled. And improvised to ensure quality resolution. He kept the structure of our door intact. And was extremely efficient, and fast with his work. Our thank you's were an understatement. And we highly recommend EZ lock, and Eli for any lock issue. They are on speed dial with me. Pricing for the service rendered was at least half of what I would be paying also. But there is no substitute for quality, and professionalism. I would have gladly paid double the price for they're service

During a pandemic the last thing you need is something to break and then search for help. I located EZ locksmith on google and called. The work from home receptionist (you could hear the kids lol) took all my information and dispatched someone in a few hours. My front door lock of my home had broken. It needed an entire mechanism. Their technician went way out of his way and spent hours refitting all the necessary parts and locks. Very professional and attentive to keeping safe and distant. I am so glad I chose this company. It reminded me what a real small business is all about.
