Sent my daughter there to get two keys cut and programmed charged her almost $100 then told her they couldnt program the key fobs, and that her keys must be bad. Never offering her a refund for the service they could not provide not to mention how rude she was So it took me all of one google search and 2 min to have both key fobs programmed and working to her car

The most expensive place !! I lost my motorcycle key and I called three places, American lock and key told me $70, A&B locksmithing Priced me at $50 which Im on my way to now, and a garden city locksmithing a price me at $200 , I mean what the hell is wrong with these people

I went to get a key cut for my new house. The gentleman was rude and condescending. I felt as if I was bothering him to make me a key? The key did end up working, despite him telling me several times that if it didnt work he couldnt issue a refund or an exchange.

Lost only key fob for my car. Called and they said 165. Guy shows up, cuts a plain key, says 165 please. I ask where's the fob. He says it's not included. Dealership said 150 a key fob but you have to tow car there and buy 2 keys, that's why I was willing to pay more for one key. Now it'll cost just as much as having gone to dealer in first place for one key. Thanks for Nothing!

We were hundreds of miles from home and broke the key to our only means of transportation. They spent a lot of time trying to get our key to fit. They were so nice and kind and took the BEST care of us. If you are anywhere near them and need a key, I would highly recommend them. They absolutely went above and beyond. Chaotically organized, crowed entry. Lied to me the first day to get me out the door. Didn't know where one of their workers was or if they would be in. Didn't know what key blank was needed. 1 of 2 persons present were personable and tried to help.

The worst customer service on the planet. We paid $90 to have them open a door and the woman on the phone shouted at us. Couldnt get her info right and treated us like down right trash. Dont use them!
