1st time calling she said they had a big job and they probably wouldn't be out till next day. That wasn't a problem. So next day try to call to confirm but no answer. Left a voicemail after 3rd time calling and still have not received a call back or someone has came.

100% recommend. I use them for all of our dealership key needs, and refer all of our customers to them. It is a locally owned business that goes above and beyond EVERY time. We purchased a building that came with an old safe. They were able to come down and open it and give us the combination. We save hundreds of dollars on key fobs as opposed to going to the manufacturer directly.

Drove up to my brother in laws house in Lapeer for the weekend with all our clothes in the car top carrier, while leaving the key to the car top carrier at home in Illinois! Greg and the folks were able to pick the locks of the carrier to get our stuff out, and then worked hard to cut a replacement key so we could use the carrier on the way home. Definitely saved the weekend!

Lost my key fob over the holiday. Stopped in to see if they could at least cut a spare key. They sold me a fob, lazer cut the key and programed it in about 15 minutes for a very reasonable price. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that would happen.
