All I can say is... Wow!. We have used the services of S&O Lock several times over the years, and its always been a great experience. Excellent service, quality workmanship... the kind of service you always hope youll have when you need help. They dont list their hours as open on Sundays, but I took a chance anyway, and Mark answered! What a great guy... our van ignition switch was malfunctioning and I hated the thought of paying for towing. Mark gave me some helpful suggestions over the phone, and one of the items he suggested WORKED. At least I was able to start the vehicle and get it home. I still plan to have them involved in the repair this week... and due to our positive past experiences with S&O, I am sure well get a solid repair!
