Worst cashier in the business- nasty and rude. I was shocked at how mean this woman is. Long hair with bangs- stay far away from her. I say they should fire her but I think shes married to one of the owners who couldnt be nicer.

Picked up U-Haul truck here. GREAT experience! Went out if their way to check everything out about the truck, show us everything, took their time, etc, etc. Super friendly. I've had some really bad experiences with U-Haul people years ago that pretty much soured me on using U-Haul. This place though was a great experience.

We shop here quite often. Today I called to ask if they had a particular item and was told 'I don't have a lot of time here, there's a line'.Whoa!! I would NEVER say that to a customer at my business!! How about 'could you please hold a couple of minutes until I can have someone help you'??????Needless to say, I did not go today!!Horrible customer service.
