I paid $285 to get a new key programmed for my car. Not sure how that price compares to others but the man who helped me was very courteous and gave me 2 extra keys, 1 just to unlock my doors and 1 that works but not as smooth as the one I paid for and it would have gone in the trash anyway. Very happy with my service and it was faster than I had expected. I am a young female so usually when doing anything car related I feel like Im being undermined but this guy didnt give me that vibe, he treated me with the same respect Id assume hed treat anyone else with. If youre in a pickle I would suggest this company!

The professional that came out, Charlie Fidida did an efficient, quality job replacing the locks on my front and back doors. He was quick, cheerful, very personable and got the job done with extra keys left. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him for any locksmith related job. It was a pleasure working with him.

I had my aunt's car. Someone stole the keys. I called after 11pm to get a ley made. I had to be to work at 5am. All others said I had to wait til 8 or 9am, or they don't make keys for that car (2003 Taurus). He came out, made the key, and reset the car in case the theif made another copy of the key. The locksmith, and I apologize for not remembering his name, was prompt, kind, and courteous. Absolutely awesome . I was extremely satisfied with everything except the price of the key. The key did not need a chip. It was just a key. That key costed me $300.00. I would have understood if there were a chip in the key, however, it was not. Steep price for a key. Yet i paid it because i needed it. Also, I did not write the first review that was posted. Do not write reviews for me. I can speak for myself!

Very friendly and courteous. Arrived early on a weekend and made me a whole new key and remote for my daughters car. Also straightened the original key that was bent at no extra cost. Now she has a backup key. Will definitely call them again.

Do not do business with them they will scam you and charge double of what other locksmiths do. I got scammed on my car when I trusted he would do a good job and after when I tried talking to him (Charlie) he told me I dont work for you and I wont help you. Like yea you are working for me because I payed you to do something not scam me.

Charlie is THE man. Very professional and will work with you no matter the situation. My wifes keys were stolen and Charlie was able to make a new key WITH the fob for a very good price!God forbid I ever have to use a locksmith again, but if I do, Im calling Charlie first.

Yesterday i called for assistance with getting into my apartment door. The door knob was locked not the deadbolt and I called these guys. Well the wait was over an hour i figure it was Sunday evening around 8pm. The guy john arrived at 9:30ish. Picked at the lock some and then said he couldnt open it . At this rate Im already at $130 in the hole for him attempting. He then says only thing he can do would be to damage the door knob which means cut it off and open the door this way. So I paid $130 for a locksmith to cut my door knob off. I had my baby with me no phone and no keys. This man represents your company and this is how they treat customers. Not to mention I have to pay $50 to replace the door knob and deadbolt. So thanks a lot John

I locked myself out of my house heading out to grab some coffee. Not only did it take 45 mins for a technician to even call me back, but he was also 20 mins later than he estimated.After a half hour of trying to get into (and failing) my house, I got fed up waiting and figured out a way in myself. He was going to rip my door handle off with vice grips, luckily I figured it out watching him fail. Oh, and I had to pay 50$ for them to do nothing basically since I got in myself. If youre stuck outside this winter, call someone else.Definitely happened. Also, going through and typing 'fake review' isn't going to help your business. Especially when you spell review incorrectly.

Very disrespectful very un polite man named Charley. I had a Nissan 370 Z to work on he told me that he would get me a original key fob and program it and everything and he charged me $220. Couple days later when I checked out the car after getting it from the mechanic shop the key fob did not open and lock and the key was not cut to fit my door, the only thing that worked was the push to start button. I called him and told him my problems and he blocked me right after cussing me out. I did research after and everyone else who works with key fobs said they can do my car for $100 with a aftermarket key like the one he gave me. Stay away as possible hes a scammer.

My key pad went out two days after & fixed again and went out again . Still waiting for a refund , or my key pad to get fixed. Update :11/15 , Im still waiting on a new keypad cause my car alarms goes everytime I have to open with my key . And the man still not answering for me , nor fixing my problem. . Hes been lying to me for 2 weeks now .

They changed all of the lock in my house. Not only were the prices very reasonable but the customer service was outstanding. The locksmith who worked on my locks was very knowledgeable and worked very quickly only took him a few hours.

Called them out to create a because I lost mine. It took the repair guy 3 hours to make a key and once it was created it didnt work properly. I called them several times to have reprogrammed and they refused to send someone out. I ended up having to take it to get reprogrammed costing another $300.00 after paying them nearly $500.00. Do not give them your business.
