Called the 800 number and Chad called back promptly. Work was not an emergency but he still set up an immediate appointment. Extremely polite and professional in his dealing. Came on time with a call ahead to confirm. Quoted a very reasonable price. Very efficient in his work and cleaned up after himself. I was traveling across country. Bought a new car, lost the key and needed help. It was an older model Highlander that only came with one key. I called the first locksmith that came up on Google and hoped for the best. They came quick. Unlocked my vehicle and made me a spare in minutes. What an amazing service and price all together! I needed to change locks in my house immediately for safety reasons in a last minute and Chad not only was able to support me but did a clean professional job and in about 20min or less all locks changed, updated and everything clean and my new keys in my hands for a pretty affordable price! These guys are the greatest! After locking ourselves out of the house a 2nd time we decided to get a keypad lock. They installed it in our front door and we will never get locked out again!! I am posting this review on behalf of my Mom, who is going through a divorce, and needed a couple of interior door deadbolts installed. I was very impressed with the service, from start to finish!! Dennis, who installed the deadbolts, was very professional but personable. I also very much appreciated his honesty and helpfulness when choosing the deadbolts to install. I just purchased my first home and looked to Angie's list to find reputable locksmith to change the locks. Metro Detroit Locksmith was the first and best reviewed locksmith that came up. I called on Friday and had an appointment for that following Monday. Chad showed up on time and provided up with many styles and options for our new home. I appreciated his honest opinion and letting me know where my garage lock was failing to safely secure my property inside. Overall, I am very pleased his service. Metro came out last minute on a holiday! Fixed the exterior door lock, which broke completely. Tech was knowledgeable, had mulitple options, keyed the new handle to the current key and was wrapped up in 20 minutes or less!
