They obviously do not care for the safety of customers or employees. Masks are not enforced. The employees are not even adhering to state law. While we try to shop local and help our community we will not patronize this establishment. They don't care - we don't care about their business.

Wind Breaker

Been to this place many times and have never had a problem. Yesterday my brother and I were there looking for some things, and couldn't get any help. There was a skinny ginger wanna be, older lady, who would turn and go the other way when I tried to approach her. Not once but more than 3 times. Yet she rush to ask anyone else if they needed help. I was so mad we left. Went to 13 mile and Harper and was treated like a customer. Won't go back.

This is a great family owned hardware store. Our recent trip here with covid19 active was a horrible experience. We don't know who was in charge, but there were way too many people in the store at once, social distancing was terrible and customers and employees were not taking this virus serious, many were without a mask! The governor just today stated that all employees were to wear masks and only so many should be permitted in the store. It's really sad that no one cares!!! We won't be back until this issue is resolved.

Love this place! Helpful, knowledgeable people.They have everything from odd size to hard to find nuts and bolts, tools for all kinds of different jobs. They also carry my dogs favorite Graceland Farms Chicken Bark (dog treats.)

Everyone is very helpful. They are very supportive of veteran's. The store is well stocked. I am especially pleased with the nuts, bolts, washer and other hardware section. It's much nicer than previous years.

They are a little overpriced, but I dont mind paying more to support a local business. Every time I walk in Im usually greeted by a friendly face asking to help me find what Im looking for, something you dont get at Home Depot. Id rate the store higher if it wasnt for the young rude blonde cashier behind the register. Said hello approaching the register and she rolled her eyes, never smiled, and never said thank you. Just threw all my stuff in a bag after I paid. If I were the manager Id get rid of her immediately.

I like your hardware store, but I was disappointed when I had a price descrepancy and the worker I intially approached addressed my problem with a 'I'm not really sure' comment, and then walked away never returning with either an answer or solution. I had to go to the checkout to get another worker who then solved my problem.
