We squeaked in there just a shade before their closing time but I was greeted cordially and they made three keys for me in short order - all of which worked just fine.Another locksmith told my wife that our house key was a landlord key and couldnt be duplicated except for the landlord. (Thats a little strange since we built the house for which the keys were intended!!) Northwest just shrugged, explained that the numbers on the key I had are just to permit making a key even without another one to serve as a template!!Problem solved!

I highly recommend Northwest Lock. We had a situation in which we needed to change all of our exterior locks that same day. The owner called back and was able to come out the same day and got every lock changed in about an hour. He didn't know us at all but went out of his way to accommodate our schedule. We can't thank him enough!

These guys are the greatest. I lost keys to 2 antique hutches. I brought in a drawer from 1 hutch, he made a key and I picked it up the next day. Problem with the other 1, there was no drawer. They said, NO PROBLEM bring it in. They then helped me unload into there shop, called me in 3 hours. I had a key and then they helped me load it into my pickup.. ENOUGH SAID AND ALL THIS AT A GREAT PRICE THANKS !!!!!!
