The one negative: the fingerprint reader could not read my print. Suggestion: Make the kiosks workable with Apple Wallet from an iPhone.

No patience whatsoever!!!He couldn't install the smart lock, said it was defective. I wanted to call the company for help like the directions said. He said no, it's defective. I called anyway and it still was an ordeal, she'd tell use to do something and he would just get so frustrated saying it wouldn't work. Finally we did exactly what she asked and it all went so smoothly and easily. I could have done it in about 10 minutes. He was here for 1.5 hours before I called charged me 185$ for basically nothing!!!

This machine was really cool. My first key didn't scan properly, but you have to hold it in there firmly, and it printed fine the second time I tried it. Hopefully they will refund me. Highly recommended for a quick, easy key copy!

We were locked out of our bedroom so called this company. We were told it would be between $19-200 depending on the complexity of the security system. He came, looked at it and said , $120.00. This is a simple bedroom lock. Theres nothing about this lock thats $120 (plus $30 service call fee). Took him less than a minute to open

Everything worked good. UX was easy to understand.There where some metal burrs left on the key that did brush right off. I'm not sure if keeping having the system save keys to be later is secure as payment is made via credit card which together could mean an address and key.

Tech was rude and it took over 12 hrs to get him to unlock the car. Gave me the run around about the price. Avg price is around 30-50 bucks to open a car door. Told me 120.
