I had nothing but a great experience here. My remote start fob was not working. I took it in and got two new ones for a special price. Coincidentally, both me and the owner had both just been through a Total Knee Replacement. I had a nice chat with the owner's adorable young son who was out of school for a snow day. Have referred three others here.

A huge help and saved me alot of money as a small shop was trying to say I needed a whole new ignition and wanted to charge me $1400+ to fix it, I came here and Joe said it was probably just the Key-Fob, if not he said he would replace my ignition for half if just spending $132.00 on a new key didnt work, but he thought that was all it was, and he was right! Run! Would not recommend, he does not stand behind the products he sells. My jeyfob had a crack in it went back a few days later because it would not stay closed, he said they all do it and told me to buy a rubber case to put over it. Went back 1 week later because it wasn't working and he said sorry can't help you. Terrible service and rude.

I've never been to this place and they will never come back again. From the first moment I walked in this store there was a psycho old man who's running the place. He was having an argument with one of his customers. The customer was very polite but that old man was very arrogant and rude. I thought it was a normal scene plus I didn't know the whole story, but after that customer left I approached him and gave him my key to cut it then asked very politely if he can give me a break on the price he never said a word he just handed me my key back and asked me to leave the store..!!!

Even though Joe could not program a key for me as vw/audis have very hard software to get ahold of, he did spend a lot of time going above and beyond trying different ways to get me a key.

Rudest business owner I've had the displeasure of having to interact with. When asked about price compared to dealership he told me 'I don't compete with dealerships' and hung up!Don't advertise 'a fraction of the price' and have that fraction be 95\100! If you can't defend your false advertising then don't advertise.My experience is that that shoddy customer service derives from shoddy service.
