I desperately needed help getting into my car on a cold night. It was past the time that other locksmiths were open, and the rest were poorly rated. Some were call scams. I took a chance on these guys and the delivered. I called, they connected me with a young guy who let me at my car and got me in. It wasnt cheap, but the price was less than I expected.

Short version: appointment setter and lockmsmith extremely rude and denied my business. Set appointment, technical called, was rude, insulted me and he hung up on me because I wasn't fast or direct enough to answer his questions. They didn't want my money. They don't want business. Save yourself the hassle.The long of it: I bought a car from someone and the key to open the doors/trunk is stiff. Mechanics have told me to try either a dealer key made from scratch or a locksmith. I called around, and left voicemails and this place answered my phone call. The person was ok enough at first, said it would be about $150 to send someone out. I tried to explain that GPS sometimes does not send people to my address, and what I wanted to do was give them my address, give them the address of a business across the street. He then took a turn for rude and abrasive and interrupted me at every turn. He kept saying he'd have someone call me. So fine. I spoke to dealerships as well to see what the story might be on their end, and if it might be cheaper (and more respectful) to go to them. They stated that it was odd that I had 2 keys, one for the door and the other for the ignition. But since I have the title at my desk at work, and this might take multiple appointments, I figured I'd at least try the locksmith, even though the dealership would have been about $7-45, so I sense some price gouging is afoot with the locksmith. So I decide if the locksmith can get it done without a today once and for all, it would be easiest on my schedule.So the locksmith calls, and he's even more rude. He starts saying that it's weird that these are two separate keys. I haven't driven the car around much, and so was trying to wrap my head around what multiple mechanics and the seller had told me. It's possible the door key I was using also starts the ignition. The locksmith then gets short with me demanding I answer yes or no and quickly. I tell him that his boss was also very rude and abrasive, and that almost cost them this appointment. He said that the problem must be me and hung up. What a sickening way to treat customers! I'm also disabled, mind you. So so much for them! I've left a message if there's anyone with any decency to call me and apologize. Otherwise, these people are just sick and the most impatient people I've ever come in contact with.
