I lost my car key from my Jeep 2004 and when I called they were accommodating and accepted to come to my location in just 20 minutes.They also said the job will take 10 minutes.. which is similar to other comments here. they were not lying tho! the job took them a few minutes at most and the price was very fair. Thank you so much for trying to help and if you need to have a good lock smith definitely give Locksmith 4 U a try

A tech came and made a key for my jeep 2013 Wrangler they did an amazing job with my car - made me a new key just in time. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect before he left. He programmed my new key including the remote starter in literally under a minute. Everything done professional with the right tools. Would recommend locksmith 4 u to help any of my friends.

My daughter and I had called in about a broken key to see if they could help. At first it didn't look possible cause the key was badly damaged. The gentleman that drove over took a closer look and was able to make a copy. Since the original was damaged so bad he couldn't guarantee it would work. Low and behold it did work! Thank you so much for your help. The man also offered my kid a snack which of course went over great with her. Any lock or key problems...GO HERE FIRST. :-)

Warning, do not go with these guys. I locked my keys in the car. They quote $79 over the phone, they took almost 2 hours to show up, and charged me $165 without explaining the additional charges. They wont call me back or refund me. Should be prosecuted for the scam they are running. Funny when I called back pretending to be a different customer looking for a quote for the same service, they again quoted $79 flat rate, no additional fees. When I asked why they charged me $165, they said they didnt remember quoting me for that price, when they do it to everyone that calls. SCAM!!!!!!

Had a lot of trouble with my recently bought 2015 Kia Sorento LX, the fob would work on and off, pretty much when ever it felt like. I twas extremely frustrating, especially when I try to call the seller and he wasn't helpful, I called a few locksmith companies around, but these guys sounded the most confident and could come out with-in 15 minutes... and they certainly did!!!

Sold me a $200 key with a dead battery. The battery lasted less than a week. I had to take the bus to work and was an hour late. When I called to have someone come out and change the battery for me, they told me they would have to charge me for the service call. When I said this was a bad business model, he told me no company would guarantee the life of a battery. I understand you can't guarantee the life of a battery, but to charge me to come and fix something that broke less than a week after you sold it to me is unprofessional and bad business. The right thing to do would have been to work with the customer and fix the problem. I would have written a glowing review. Very unprofessional.

Got the door open but failed to let me know that it would be $145 more besides the $40 trip charge. I had asked before they came but was only told $40. I feel really ripped off. Simple house knob only needed to be picked. Not reinstalled.
