I have made many purchases over the years at this store. They have a very decent supply of multiple batteries. Very helpful. Recently I went in to see what they could do to fix one of the many many flashlights my wife and son have bought for me, from them. It was $40, maybe a year to year and a half old. It just stopped working. Its frustrating. The flashlight is like brand new. Has never been dropped. They offered really nothing for me. I buy lots of batteries and lots of flashlights. Very disappointed. Will probably be shopping for flashlights and batteries elsewhere at this point.

I made an appointment to get my phone screen fixed. They called me the day before to see if I could come earlier than my appointment because the technician leaves earlier than my appointment was scheduled for. I told them I lived an hour away and would leave work early to get there in time. I show up and they tell me the technician had to leave. Apparently they dont value their customers to give them a call and let them know their 'scheduled appointment' isn't happening. Very disappointing.

Online order was easy and I was able to pick up my new batteries the next day which took a whole 10 minutes from arrival to leaving, quick easy and a good price, cant ask for much more.

Ordered a battery online. Said it was in stock and would receive an email to pick it up. Got a call and was told it has been stocked in a while. I've looking hard for a battery in stock . It was a $380 battery, I settled for for a $249 battery. The verdict is out as to if it will hold up!

They were taking care of my order within minutes of placing my order on line. They contacted me letting me know my item was not in stock and they were ordering it today. Which I would have been surprised if they would have had it in stock considering it is a laptop battery.

My iPhone 6s battery was draining fast so I needed a new battery. All other functions worked perfectly. Batterys plus said they could replace it for $70 and do it in 5 minutes. They did and it worked for about 2 days then it started overheating and the WiFi switch was grey so I couldnt switch it and Bluetooth was spinning nonstop. I took it back and told them about it and they said they didnt know what was happening. They put in another battery but the same stuff was still happening. So they ordered a part they thought they needed. The part didnt show up for days. We went back to batterys plus and got a refund. We took the phone to Best Buy and they ran a diagnostics test and said it was a fake, non-Apple, battery. I dont know why batterys plus would say they can fix it and then absolutely ruin my phone. Thanks a lot batterys plus. Ridiculous.

Went in just before New Years 2020. The store had decent reviews and my phone screen had broke. I was excited to see that they could quickly fix my phone quickly and reasonably priced since I was from out of town. After picking up my phone it seemed fine until the next day I realized the screen doesnt recognize touches in the top or bottom of the screen. I can not take a photo on my phone, I cant play some phone games, and it continues to incorrectly text constantly (i.e. waiti bbg or something bbg). Then today, about a week later, my microphone wont work and I can no longer record any sort of videos or call. Thank you for ruining my phone like I never thought possible. Huge middle finger. I went in to have Samsung Galaxy s8 volume button fixed. And they broke my back glass and blamed me for it and told me they couldn't do anything for it. Said it was drop damage. But there is no impact point on that corner. I keep my phone in a case. The only damage that is on the phone is from them trying to take it apart. There was no crack in the back when I dropped it off. The guy said 'yeah I didnt notice when I did the inspection.' BECAUSE IT WASNT THERE!!! never going back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! THEY WILL TRY TO TELL YOU IT WAS PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE.

Kudos and Shout Out to the super customer service at the Brainerd, MN BPB store! Jon saved me approximately $400!The remote control for my Hunter fan (at the ridge pole of my living room) stopped working on 11/1. When I opened it to check the battery, I noticed one of the wires to 9V battery harness had broken off.'No problem,' I thought, 'I'll just get another remote from Hunter Fan.' I have neither the tools nor the skill to re-solder the wire to the connector.After lengthy conversation with 2 different techs at Hunter, they said that no remote, even a universal one, was available. They would gladly sell me a new fan at a 35% discount. That won't even cover the trip charge for an electrician to install the dang thing for me.In desperation, I took the remote to Store 035 in Brainerd, MN. Jon took one look at it and asked if I could wait a few minutes so he could replace the battery harness. A few minutes later and less than $10, my remote and the fan are working again.Many, many thanks!

I had them replace the screen for my Ipad 2 mini. I brought it to Batteries Plus because i thought they would stand behind the screen. Especially since i paid what i could have purchased a refurbished one for. The screen began to glitch. I took it in they said they could look at it but could not really do anything for me because i was 5 days beyond my 6 month warranty. I just purchased a screen from amazon for $60 and replaced it myself in less than a hour with no experience. Im sure labor is not charged at $180 hour. I thought i was purchasing peace of mind.

If you can't find the right battery at a normal store , they'll find it for you, they airways have found me odd batteries that most places don't carry on hand, great guys to deal with.

This business is not even deserving of a 1 star review. If I could leave a NEGATIVE review (like, -10), I would. I feel as though I am being generous giving them a one star review. I urge all people not to step foot into this store as the manager is the rudest most condescending and belittling man I have ever met. My experience: I walked in to get my screen on my iPhone repaired and left in tears because the manager belittled me and would not stop. He would not let me get a word in, spoke over me in a very loud and condescending manner and basically told me that I didn't know what I was talking about. It was like a big 'FU' to me. Ultimately, I left in tears and managed to get my screen repaired at a different store. I had mentioned my experience when I went to their competitor and was informed that this wasn't the first time that they have heard this type of story. When I started offering my experience to those who ask for advice on where to get their electronics repaired, it seemed quite clear that there is an ongoing buzz about the horrible customer service at this location and that the manager is a d*ck to many others. I wanted to share my experience in hopes that others do not have to experience the emotional response that I had to at this location.
