TAYLOR FUNERAL CARE

I was so impressed. I called for a key problem in a door at our business. Sam was here shortly thereafter and did an excellent job in a short amount of time. Sam is polite, friendly and had the job done quickly. I would highly recommend Lakes Area Lock & Door and they have a great employee in Sam.

The son working in the business has no concept of customer service. He could not do the work in a professional manner, left with an inferior cylinder installed that was barely functional. Had to have a another locksmith remove / replace with quality parts.Would not recommend this company.

Had them replace 2 knobs and drill in 3 deadbolts....Price was almost $900 when I was billed....Never using them again

We were quoted a price for placing 3 new door knobs, 2 dead bolt locks and the cutting a one deadbolt hole with labor. All said and done, it ended up being $100 more than we we were quoted. There was a $100 charge beyond labor for cutting the deadbolt hole that we were not informed about. When we called Lakes Area Lock & Door an itemized receipt was provided but they were not willing to remove the charge for cutting the deadbolt claiming that we were told about the fee.

Our quote was off by $100 We asked how much would it be to re key a certain number of doors, they told us, but the quoted price turned out to be per lock which we were not told. Our tech also for got to reinstall the door handle and deadbolt on one door.
