I have 2008 vw Jetta all lost key .A unnamed , so called locksmith came out and all he did was delete all key info out of the cars computer and left . So I got in touch with Jay at Quick Keys He instantly calm me down and took control, 1/2 HR later the car starts and runs . His Automotive key knowledge is superior, and he really nice. SO I SAY DON'T WORRY JUST CALL QUICK KEYS

I have been distributing Jay's cards and raving at every logical opportunity since I had the good fortune of crossing paths with him last month. The ignition on my old Camper Special had been tampered with while in winter storage, and because the pickup is older than I am, it's not a typical rekey job. I was in a pinch with an ended lease and an undriveable, untowable-sans-ignition truck, so I started making phone calls, and was eventually referred to Jay and one other automotive locksmith with vintage vehicle capabilities. Jay's team was incredibly helpful, and when he called me back a short while after I'd reached out, he was empathetic to my circumstances. He was booked through the day, but where was the truck, and maybe he could take a look between appointments if his routes took him through my area. I was game: anything to help me wrap up my tenancy on a good note. A second phone call that afternoon moved things along: would it be okay if he took the ignition home with him overnight to see if he could make a key? Of course, that was fine - but I had keys at home if that helped? It did.Later that evening, I got a phone call: Jay was heading back through Minneapolis- would I care to meet him at the truck with the key? Yes, I could be there in 15 minutes. I was relieved to learn that the ignition wasn't damaged. The truck hadn't been started in several months, so would I like to make sure it was running before he headed out, since we needed to test the ignition, anyway? He had a jump starter if needed.We were both shocked in the best way possible when the old girl fired right up *without* jumper cables: Jay had not only exceeded the expectations he had set, but in so doing, he'd solved my potentially-complex headache within 10 hours of first contact. I take pride in going above/beyond as a small business owner - so to be on the receiving end of this kindness was a gift: the experience exceeded anything I would have ever expected when I made that first phone call. I recommend - and will continue to recommend - Jay and Quick Keys, not only for their functional expertise, but because of the creative problem solving and empathy he brought to the equation. Thanks so much!

Jay came out to make me a new key fob for 17 f150 and I talked him into also making a back up fob for my wifes rig. This guy is top notch and very professional. I highly recommend that if you need a new key made for you're vehicle that you give this guy a call. He can do it in you're driveway or work or wherever you are. Flawless service and a great price.

Our house was broken into and our keys were stolen along with our belongings. Dreading having to tow our car to the dealership, we found Quick Keys! Jay responded to our request within minutes. He was able to come to our house that night and get us two keys for our BMW. The dealer was quoting $1500 for 2 keys and a tow. Jay came to our house and was done within a few hours and saved us a grand! He was very professional and nice. The keys are working great and I couldn't thank him enough for helping us out in a tough situation. If you need keys - this is the route to go! Great service!

I bought a refurbished fob as a spare from Jay for a lot less than what a dealer quoted me. Jay came to my workplace within 40 minutes after my call. He quickly programmed the fob and cut a new key for me. He demonstrated to me that all of the fob functions worked to my satisfaction. Quality customer service and a super nice guy! I highly recommend him.

I was prepared for a significant outlay of cash to have the lock cylinder of my car repaired/replaced. Before doing that, Jay cut a couple of new keys to see what would happen. I was dubious, but that solved my issue and saved my a significant amount of money. It's really nice to do business with someone that takes care of your interests and doesn't look to extract every dollar during the process. He was friendly, courteous, and professional.... and he wasn't even interested in a tip. I hope I don't need these services often, but if I do they'll get the call every time..
