I needed a new key for my Chevy Equinox, and I am so thankful I found them on social media. They answered every question I had, and in a timely manner. They were professional, friendly, on time, thorough and quick. They were also $170.00+ cheaper than anywhere else I received a quote from. I'll definitely be contacting them soon to have spare keys made for mine and my husbands vehicles. I will never use any other locksmith company after my experience with Pro-Lock.

Just taking a couple minutes to give these guys a shout out of high praise. The dealership was going to charge me $200+ to get a new remote clicker and have it programmed. They were $80 and the service was out of this world. When I met them they were on an emergency call to a young man who had been locked out of his car when a tow company had mistakenly lost his key. They had him up and running in about 20 minutes, the cost was palatable for an older teen. I was so impressed by them I mentioned my need for a new remote, he had me up and running for about 1/4 of the dealership cost and because he didnt have the remote I wanted on hand, they ordered it AND came to my house to exchange it for the one I wanted. They are a couple of local guys doing their own thing and based on my experience with them they are going to have an extremely longtime successful business. I highly, highly recommend this company. Kudos and thank you again!! Note~ I cut and pated this review in a couple of places. I believe in promoting and appreciating great service. These guys had impeccable customer service and great prices.

I needed a spare key made. When I contacted them, he said he didn't have one in stock. After I told him I needed it by next day, he offered to pay for overnight shipping. They came out onsite next day. Service was very fast! Friendly people too.

Awesome, service, cut me a key from scratch when my girlfriend lost the only one to her motorcycle. Easy to work with, good communication and great work. I have had locksmiths make keys from scratch before and they normally are not as smooth/easy as the OEM one was. Not the case here, this thing is perfect, you'd never know it wasn't straight from the manufacturer.I'Il be saving Pro-lock's number and recommend them to friends should the need (unfortunately) arise.
