Dispatcher was responsive and courteous. Kevin, the tow driver, arrived very quickly to remove a vehicle abandoned by a POS former tenant. He was friendly & VERY knowledgeable w/r/t legal aspects of residential towing. None of the ignorant, a-hole attitude all-too-often associated with tow drivers. I will definitely be utilizing Get Hooked for all future towing needs.

I have recently used Get Hooked towing a couple of times. Second time the fee was more for the exact same tow. I was very satisfied with every aspect of the service they had provided with the exception of the charges. I woke up this morning and my truck was completely dead so I figured something drained my battery, come to find out once I had them come out here it wasnt just drained but my battery was completely shot. I do have to go get a new battery somewhere but the man that came out told me everything I needed to know to replace the battery and then didnt charge me even though I rightfully would have been responsible for the trip charge. Thank you so much for being that company that is looking to take care of their customers first! I will recommend them to everyone that needs towing and wouldnt hesitate to call again.

For a very reasonable fee Cody checked tires / bearings / lights / and gave the trailer a really good shake down before it was towed to Washington for me. Wonderful experience. After waiting on hold with AAA for over 20 minutes and being told they couldnt help me, Shane arrived quickly and had my flat tire changed in no time. He recommended that I put air in my spare, and had me follow him to the nearest gas station, paid for and put the air in himself, and when I went to pay him, realized I had left all my credit cards at home in a different wallet. He was so accommodating, he let me drive home and call him with my CC info. Fantastic company to work with, and Shane was so nice and helpful. Highly highly recommend.

If we could rate higher we sure would. My significant other and I had the luxury of doing business with Get Hooked Towing LLC through Roadside Assistance late the other night. Shane was considerate, understanding, and highly knowledgeable about our current situation. As we spoke to him throughout our ride back into town, he suggested a local business to have the repair done and to leave the vehicle there as it was not drivable from having no tire on the rim. Helpful with suggestions on where to find tires and considerate with financing in that situation.. All-in-all, would Highly recommend Get Hooked Towing LLC.
