We leave a car in storage for when we come to Rochester. Ed from Virgil's Towing helped me out with replacing a dead car battery and a flat tire that we found on the car when we got here this weekend. Ed was very professional and explained the pros and cons of my options. It took a while, but now my car runs and I feel safe using it to get around Rochester while I am here. Nice guy! Good company!

Absolutely fantastic, friendly service. Only losing one star because the person who helped me wasnt wearing a mask and didnt say anything to the effect of I have a condition that prevents my wearing a mask, even when I mentioned my own reasons for wearing one.

Showed up right when they said they would. Nice clean newer tow truck. Driver was very knowledgeable and friendly. Made me feel comfortable in having my 21 year old truck towed. I bought it brand new and have tried to take care of it. The driver did too.

The truck / driver showed up right on time and did a great job of getting my old truck loaded and secured. Very pleasant experience all around. I especially liked the tracking app that allowed me to see where they were on the road while I was waiting.

Yesterday, I had a situation with locked keys inside the car. I called AAA and they immediately dispatched Virgil's Towing and Roadside Service. Within 20 minutes, Sham, from Virgil's, came to the rescue. Within this wait time I received 2 text messages from AAA and 2 text messages from McKenzie, also from Virgil's, assuring me that help was on the way. Because I was in church, I had the opportunity to tell people how quickly the response time was and how professional Sham was. What service! I will be recommending Virgil's to anyone I come into contact with that needs towing or roadside assistance. Many, many thanks! Cindy

I needed to call AAA. I was told by them it would be 45 min to an hour before someone could help me. I was beyond thrilled when the truck showed up sooner than I expected. What a wonderful experience!!! Polite, professional, friendly and highly capable of getting my van out of a strange position in a snow bank. The drivers name I believe was Sham. I will highly recommend Virgils to anyone!!!

I had mine and my roommates tires slashed in January and Virgils Towing took trips going back and forth with all the cars to get them to the tire place. They were very sympathetic to my situation and also very efficient. The owner Hank is a very genuine guy and I would highly recommend their company.

I called Virgils to jump start my motorcycle. Devon came and we tried to get it started for 10 minutes. No such luck. We were planning on towing it to a service center. Due to Covid 19 the service center only tookappointments and they were booked out 30 days. Devon could tell my frustration and disappointment so immediately after he left he called his manager. Devon drove back to let me know they were waiving the jump start fee. No one does that. I couldnt believe it. What a nice thing for them to do.
