Brian was very helpful. He understood our situation and was willing to go above and beyond to help. We even asked him for a little extra help with our window and he had to problem going out of his way to fix the problem. GREAT SERVICE!!!! Definitely would recommend.

This guy was AWESOME! He happened to drive by while I was pushing my car off to the side of the road (because I ran out of gas like a real chump). He stopped right away and asked if he could help, which was lucky in this 8 degree weather. He quickly drove me to the nearest station and filled his gas can, drove me back, filled my tank and went on his way. Friendly, speedy, and (I would like to think) lucky. Great guy. I had a flat-tire-out-of-nowhere happen. Luckily, I was only a block from my house so I was able to make it to my driveway. AND GUESS WHAT.....newer cars don't come with spare tires!! I didn't know what to do since the tire lost all of its air within 3 minutes. I called Brian and let him know of my situation and he promised to come to my house first thing the next morning. He was able to patch my tire so I could drive it to the nearest tire shop. Without Brian's help, I would have had to get a tow truck! Brian is super friendly, professional, detailed and was able to MacGyver my damaged tire to save me lots of $$$! Thank you Brian!

The very best! I had a dead battery in frigid temps at night, and help was there in about 10 minutes. My vehicle wasn't easy to start. He was extremely knowlegable and did not give up until it was running. I pay for AAA roadside assistance and my call was put on hold for over 40 minutes with no answer. I called Brian's Roadside Assistance, and my call was answered immediately. A dependable service like this is priceless. He seems to truly care about the people he serves. Highly recommend, a good company to have on speed dial in the future.
