Always friendly and helpful. As a property maintenance company we use blaine lock a few times and it's always in and out. Small town feel kinda business. Not many left that are like that. Keep up the good work!

I brought in 2 key blanks for them to cut. They said sure but that they would need to charge me for the service. I said no problem I expected to pay a charge. 3 minutes later the guy finished the keys and then informed me the charge was $20 each for a total of $40. Buyer beware, this is an absolute rip off. I made the classic mistake of not getting a quote before they did the work and I literally paid the price. My suggestion is to look elsewhere for a locksmith because they will take advantage of you if they can.

Needed a replacement key for my vehicle. Blaine Lock and Safe quoted the following pricing: *Service call of $19.99 and a new key charge starting at $95.00. When the technician arrived, the story changed to:*$29.99 for the service call and he disputed that I was quoted $19.99. He quoted $185.00 for the new key and stated that I would not find a better price. I also inquired on the website front page offering a 15% discount for locksmith services, and despite no small print clarifying the discount, he stated that my key was' ineligible' for the discount. I asked several times what made the fob ineligible and he provided only double talk. Next morning - although the fob worked, the small mechanical key inside did not work. I phoned the manager of Blaine Locksmith to receive clarification on pricing misquotes, mechanical key not working, and the website discount was not offered by the technician and disappointment in their service. Despite asking for manager, Blaine Lock & Safe had the original technician phone me to discuss. The conversation between Blaine Locksmith evolved into arguing and that as I did not ask for the 15% discount at the first phone call, the discount would not apply. When I stated that technician said the key fob made the discount ineligible, Blaine locksmith stood their ground.Furthermore, they were unwilling to clarify pricing misquotes or address concerns, however, this company is willingly happy to argue. Do not use this service

I had a company come out to get into our sons room, he locked his keys in the room. That company said they would beat any price. After getting to our house they said it would be $225. We called Blaine lock & safe, they said it would be $85. Needless to say the other company wouldn't match it, and they had been beating on my sons door for a good 10 minutes, so we had Blaine lock and key come out. Within seconds the guy had the door open, without beating on the door at all. I will never call anywhere else for lock service. Thank you Blaine Lock & Safe.

They were super nice and helpful. I got a new key made for half the price that frattolones was charging. He also fixed the fob for my car for under 20 bucks. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience with Blaine Lock & Safe. Jim installed multiple deadbolts on our home and was incredibly friendly and did a great job. We ended up needing them for an emergency unlock on an interior door and they gave us a great deal. Very happy we chose them and will again in the future.

A few years ago I needed a duplicate key cut for my motorcycle. I bought a nice blank with a Yamaha logo on it from Amazon, only problem was that no one would cut it. I tried Walmart, Fleet Farm, Ace Hardware and Home Depot. Since it wasn't store bought they wouldn't touch it.Finally on a hail mary I tried Blaine Lock and Safe. He told me if I bought a key from him that he would cut the key I bought off of Amazon! I bought a new motorcycle and needed another key cut that was custom off of Amazon, you can guess where I went first. No problems again! They get customer service around there! I will be going back for anything key or lock related.

He tried to scam me and make me pay $80 to program a key for my 2005 Toyota solara. You can just go online and watch a tutorial. It is as easy as opening and closing the door and inserting and taking out the key from the ignition.

I had a great experience. Blaine lock and safe came to our sight fixed an lock and made a key onsight. When they were there they noticed the door frame was bad and out of 3 companies they had the best price. company 1 charged $4000, company 2$3300, blaine charged us $2700. I'm the service and ordering manager at my company and we trust Blaine lock and safe. Compare them to other places yourself if you don't believe me.
