Very disappointed. 2 out of 3 of my keys were improperly cut and won't work. I emailed customer service about their '100% Guarantee' just to get new ones made, and no response. I emailed again: No response. I would be VERY wary.Changing it from 1 to 3. Their email address for customer service is basically unusable as no one responds. However, when provided a number, the agent refunded the keys and is giving me a promo code to use it again. If the keys work when I get to it, I will change the stars to be higher. Still 3 stars as only 1/3 of my keys were cut correctly.

Any time I can do something myself, I will. The last time I needed to get a key made, it took at least ten minutes just to hunt down someone inside the box store that could do it for me. KeyMe was easy to use, intuitive, upfront with pricing, and just as quick as a hardware store machine. I'll update this review if the keys don't happen to work on my door---but I'm very pleased with how easy it was to use and pricing was great. Paid $11 for a key with a special graphic print on it.

Had to get a programmed key, did not think they could do it, but they could. It was a little expensive still, over $80, but I think that is cheaper than other alternatives. They sent it in the mail and it works just fine.

None of the keys I copied at the kiosk worked when I got home. I payed way more than I did at home Depot, where I had to go anyways to get keys that actually worked.

The process was fun and convenient. However, if you're in need of more than 1-2 copies, this takes a bit longer than the hardware store. Plus, I found out later that KeyMe's $7 per key is about 3x the price you can get a Home Depot ($2 per key).

Do NOT use this vendor! Tried to make two copies of my key, but the Kiosk does not have the blank for it. I followed the instructions to order it from their warehouse. When I got it in mail, guess what...It could not work with its intended matching lock! Almost $8 bought me two pieces to metal junk! PLEASE do NOT repeat my mistake and use this garbage. Find a legitimate hardware store somewhere else, and they should even be cheaper than Keyme. BTW, I tired to call and text their customer service number as instructed. NO response at all!

I had an issue with the kiosk and called the number on the machine. The customer service person was great...she walked me through the 'fix' process and solved the problem.

Unreasonable expensive. Did copies for my keys at HomeDepot - paid at least 10-20 times less what this machine asked me to pay for cut of template on blank key which I already had with me.
