The locksmith took almost twice as long to arrive at our vehicle as what we were originally told. He did not specify that he had a separate service request from another vehicle that we was intending to complete before setting out for ours. We should have been informed of this, as we told him we were locked out of our running vehicle. If we had been informed that he had a prior service request to complete before ours, and that this could impact how long he anticipated before arriving to help us, we could (and would) have gone with a different locksmith. Instead we were kept waiting, indefinitely, with no time estimate updates from him until we called. Despite the extra-long wait time we endured with a running car, and the lack of informing us he had other vehicle requests ahead of ours, we were not given a discount on the $145 lockout fee. On top of this, the technician was fairly rude to us when we requested the discount, explaining our viewpoint that we should have been notified when we called in that he would not be coming to help us right away.
