Got a chance to find the battery I was looking for to get my LG v20 phone back and running more efficiently after 2 years with the old battery and I had a great time being educated with all the neat stuff they had inside the store itself! The cashier was amazing and I also got a chance to buy some really great Duracell light bulbs that were on sale at a great price too.. . It was a great time and I've recommended to about several of my friends so far. Thanks again!

Came out from work to a dead car battery, called this place and got there maybe 15-20 minutes before closing. They got me a new battery installed, in the rain, and charged me $20 less than the competition. I'll be going back for any battery needs in the future.

If you're buying something in-store, they're fine.But if you are not leaving the store with your item day of, prepare for a lot of frustration. I've had two separate incidents here.1) We paid for a trickle battery charge and were told that we would be called back within the next 48 hours or something along those lines. One week later, we called and asked how it was going. 'We've had some issues with it, we will call you back tomorrow.' Alright. Another week goes by, still no call, and they still haven't recharged it. We go in and pick up the battery uncharged. This should have been our final visit.2) We went in to purchase a key fob and key replacement. They're not in stock, it'll take a week. Cool, that's no problem, just please remember to call us when they get in. Guess what folks. Two weeks go by, not a peep. We call to ask about the status. 'Our regular supplier doesn't have them anymore, we are looking for alternatives.' No problem, it happens, just please update us when our timeline is adjusted. Today I receive the call, come on in we have your items. Cool. Go in and...it's two key fobs. No key, which is considerably more expensive. Short-hair guy asks if I'd rather have two key fobs. No man, I want what I paid for weeks ago. I then express my frustration at the repeated issues and even point out that printed on the image with my order, again from weeks ago, is a picture of a key. 'It's not my job to compare images.' ........k. At this time he begins pushing me to get a refund and 'go pay more at a dealership.' 3) I got the refund without incident so there's that.When I first found the store, I was stoked. Great selection on batteries and bulbs, I mean it's in the name. It became kind of a joke among my group of friends that I was hyping them up so much. I want to like this place. I really really do. But the incompetence is so bad that I can't recommend it anymore. Then, on top of that, to act like these issues aren't on them at all...run far away. That said, I briefly met with the van guy from Owatonna and he called, arranged a pickup, apologized once he found out the wrong item was in, and was all around pleasant to deal with. Ty sir.

Very disappointed with my experience with this company. I went to return an item to the store where I bought it, only to find (after getting 3 little ones out of car seats) that they had moved and left a handwritten note on the door with their new location. I went to their new location only to find that they only have a 2 week return policy. The items were unopened, but could not be returned for a refund. I was very disappointed and expected better from this company.

Made a special trip to bring in a Seiko watch to replace the battery. Staff was unable to open watch to put the battery in. They did recommend a jewelry store that quickly replaced the battery at the same price.If you need a watch battery, save yourself a trip and go directly to the jewelry store.

Bought a battery for my car the night before. Came in straight away in the morning and Brock was extremely kind and got me out of there in about 10 minutes (which included free installation). The warranty with their batteries is as good as AAA!! Highly recommend.

I am from Naples Fl and was RVing thru Rochester, Mn when my wife decided that the two 12 volt batteries in our 5th wheel needed to be replaced now and not when we got to Ancorage Ak. When we stop earlier for lunch we had some difficulty in getting the dinning side in due to failing batteries. So she has me call this store and the response was amazing. Yes we have your battery in stock. Yes we can install it. yes we can do it NOW. Great service, great prices and knowledgeable personal. Dont waste your time shopping your battery needs just go to this store.

When my car battery died for the second day in a row on a Sunday, I was in a pickle, as I needed to use the car the next morning. The Firestone dealer I went to did not have the kind of battery I needed, but Justin (kudos!) called around, and found one at Batteries and Bulbs. Lee at Batteries and Bulbs was terrific. Lee got the battery and installed it expertly and with care, spraying anti-corrosion solution on the battery posts before hooking them up. My car was operational again - on a Sunday. Thank you!

I was very disappointed that the battery I ordered on-line was incorrect. When I picked up my order, the battery they had pulled from stock was different from the picture on my order. The sales person said I cannot trust the picture for the battery shown. They credited my account, but then charged me full price (on-line order saved 10%) for the same battery (order number for the battery was the same on both invoice's) I ordered on-line.
