Great to the point work and on a quick schedule. Recently a company vehicle had been broken into and keys were stolen along other items. We needed the locks changed on two man-doors at our office. Someone was out the afternoon that I called and had a new set of 9 keys ready for us for the changed locks within an hour or so. I appreciate the quick response and will use them if need at my personal residence in the future.

I paid for a duplicate key that matched his set, and I had a 2nd key that couldn't be duplicated but was given a key to try for free. Amazing service but the location is tricky. More signage would be helpful in the hallway

When I called to see if I could get some help getting into my car, which I had locked the key in, I was told there was nobody available. Then I asked when someone will be available. The guy on the phone straight out said 'can't help you. Call someone else' and hung up.
