I had an appointment with Steve last week to come and do some locks. I was there and waited 30 minutes past the appointment time. As I was leaving the building he had called me to reschedule our appointment. We had rescheduled for today Monday November 4th for 9:00 AM. He once again flaked out and did not show up to the appointment. I have called his office and personal phone with no answer. I recommend others to have a different locksmith do your services even if its a couple dollars more. I would rather pay more than pay less and continuously have to reschedule.

Steve is a Caring guy and very experienced in his field, he will bring his service to you ASAP he made me a key in only 15 Mins and even made me a spare. although you may wanna set up an appointment though he isn't gonna always be in shop, to be expected though as not everyone is in need of a key being made every hour, he's right next to the shopping center so you can stay busy if you forgot to set one up. all in all he brings a great service at a very affordable price. Plus i found a new bass line for a beat im working, while waiting soo... 5 Stars.

After locking my keys in my car, I called around many locksmiths to get quotes. This was by far the most affordable, fastest, and nicest person I came in contact with! They give you a flat and affordable rate - with no hidden fees. He met at my car and unlocked it with no problem! Best customer service I've ever seen and would recommend this service to anyone!

Hands down the best locksmith around! Steve quoted me a very fair price, at least 50% lower than other locksmiths I checked into. He came out on time, was efficient and did a super great job on installation! Definitely will use him again and recommend him for anyone else looking for a locksmith!
