I lost my ignition key. Called them. They were responsive. Gave me a great price in my eyes. The key works, it threw a code ( new vehicle) for security system but the technician said it should clear.we will see. Highly appreciate them this far.

Had appointment at 8:30. No call no show for half an hour. Called and found out no one even know about it. Outside of that good service and got what needed to be done. Edit: they called back and offered to help with anything to make up for the trouble. Everyone we talked to was nice and helpful and the technician did a great job. Giving 3 stars for the call back. Reviewing on OUR experience.

The service was great. Good consistency with arrival time; Very informative communicating prior to arrival, during and after service. It was the most affordable I could find ( vehicle key replacement). The tech was cool, he had me fixed up way faster than I expected. I strongly suggest GLC for those who 'unfortunately' have to experience a key crisis!

2016 Toyota Tacoma lost my original key fob to push button start. Call GLC Locksmith Services Mesquite. Come out to my house on 2-8-2020. Forgot the locksmith name sorry for that.Program key fob less than 30 minutes. Don't go to dealership please call them first and you'll save time and money. Very quick and polite service. Hopefully I'll find my original one and will use your service again. Thank you for your services.

These guys are fast and responded in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday evening. They were able to provide me with a replacement fob for a push button ignition, and for half of what others were quoting me. They will definitely be my first call next time and are highly recommended!!!!

Very friendly service, timely and just all around great company to work with. They came on time and made a new key for my rental car in less than 2 hours and their price was very reasonable. Car rental companies will charge you $250 for the new key plus $150 or more for towing of the vehicle to their location.

These folks are fast cheap and easy!! Called for an estimate and it was very inexpensive so went ahead with it, as reasonable as it was I figured even if my keys turned up now I'd have an extra key. Arrived in 10 minutes, and did the job in less. Same key took the last company forever and cost was triple. Highly recommend this company.

Happy with the service they provided. Cheaper than the dealership was going to charge me, and it took 30 min for them to arrive. Took longer than expected after they arrived, but it wasnt his fault. The machine that cuts the key had to be reprogramed and it worked right after that. I highly recommend them.

GLC Locksmith services came to my rescue on a Saturday and didnt charge me what some companies call an after hours call and gave me a great price. The receptionist was very personal Le and very pleasant to deal with. She scheduled a locksmith to come out right away. In fact she said he could be there in 15 min. I called a few services before and after I spoke with GLC. I went back to GLC because they didnt try and oversell me. They came in did the job at the rate promised on the phone. Their locksmith was top notch and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone locked out.

These locksmiths are THE BEST! I needed two key fobs reprogrammed for my vehicle-they were very speedy and well priced services. Not only that, the manager was so understanding when I needed to have the fob replaced (manufacturer issue, not with the programming) and helped me resolve the problem with minimal expense and time. Very prompt response to inquiries. Incredibly personable!I found my personal locksmith for life!!

I see that my review was deleted by someone...haha allow me to walk through my experience again. Me and my friend waited for 3 hours and the guy to come make our car key NEVER showed up, after calling for the 7th or 8th time they reassigned us another person to come make us a key and it took him 2 hours before he arrived as well. Keep in mind both people called us and said they were on their way it shouldnt have taken nearly 6 hours for us to get a key made. We were over charged which was extremely unfortunate considering the inconvenience of how long we had to wait in the HEAT for someone to service us. Well never call this place again. Take the criticism folks and dont delete my experience, thanks.
