Had an issue with a door lock on a weekend after hours (worst possible time to have a problem, right? ) Called Chris' Key Shop. Got an immediate response. Guy got there in no time. Got the problem fixed and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Best in town. A+.

Whom ever I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude and hateful to me. He stated he would be able to unlock my car in 30-45 min I waited over an house and a half. I called in after I had waited for an hour, his response was ya and Iv got other thing to do. Second call was after an hour and a half, his response at this time Iv got 7 other people who think they are more important that you. I would not recommend using someone so unprofessional, rude and hateful when you are paying them for a service. Very very disappointed.

Went in to have a key made for a lock for my truck bed. Guy said 'I doubt we can make one, you'll need to come back when the boss is here' and told me what he would be driving. As if I have time to continuously drive by and see if the bosses vehicle was there. So I went up to the road to Coats, and they made me one with no hesitation.

10 minutes - he picked a lock on my hitch, mapped and made a new set of keys for it and my tanneau cover - would've been no charge if he couldn't make keys. I'd recommend them over the bigger shop (that kicked my trained/behaved pup out because their dogs behind the counter weren't). Great attitude, professionalism, and quick work!
