Almost $200 JUST to come out and check your lock just to replace it and then an extra $100 an hour. As a business. You want a flat fee and one price for everything. They tripping.

I own a condo unit in downtown Kansas City that uses commercial grade locks. Getting new keys cut at larger home improvement stores or grocery stores never worked with these sensitive locks.I had 5 keys cut here and every single one worked. I was shocked. These guys deal with top notch stuff but are still very friendly to small timers like me. I highly recommend!
