Other company yesterday didnt show after waiting 3 1/2 hours, i cancelled then called Peterson Lock..he said he'd come at set time, and he did..that meant a lot..The work was super professional, and done perfectly...i had him look at lock on back door and he fixed that too. Just cant say enough about JOB WELL DONE..

They were able to replace the key to one vehicle I lost the keys to and make a spare for a separate vehicle cheaper then the dealership would make the spare key for the separate vehicle and also came to my house 30 miles away within an hour of calling them. Nice people doesn't even explain the service I had.

My husband called to schedule an appointment three days ago. He worked to find a time that was convenient for us. They called my husband to tell him that he was on his way. He showed up on time and got right to work. He was friendly and kind to my family during his short time in our home. Before I knew it, he had completed re-keying our locks. Prior to leaving, he made sure to show us that the keys worked in all of the locks. We have used Peterson Lock and Key before and will continue to use and recommend them. Extremely professional, exceptional price, kind and caring.

I was in monett Walmart parking lot and o was strapping my child into the car seat. He was playing with the keys while getting him ready. I took the keys and told him I gotta take the keys so we can go. with out thinking I threw my keys up into the driver's seat and closed his door. I went to open my door and to my shoes it was locked! My son was in the car by himself and it was cold. We called Peterson locksmith and told them the situation. Try as I might I could not break into.my car with a hanger. Peterson locksmith arrives and gets my door unlocked and in a hurry. I shook his hand and was getting my son out to go get his payment since I didn't have cash on. He looked at me and said it's on the house and to just give him a good review on Google so that's what I am here to do. Thank you so much sir, my son and I will never forget it
