I was supposed to get a tow to a repair shop, but he ended up giving the ignition a try and after a few solid attempts got the car started so i could drive it to the shop instead, and didn't charge me for the tow! Incredibly professional and kind. Would absolutely use this service again, before any other.

Edward was absolutely awesome! He turned My very frustrating day around. I burned up a bearing on my boat trailer and when he showed up he measured the trailer and said that it was going to take the whole bed of his truck but he would get it on there. He did get my boat loaded on his truck and it took every millimeter he had. He took very good care of my boat and trailer and made the situation as best as possible. He was very friendly and even talked me through the whole process as I watched him load the trailer onto his truck. He is very knowledgeable and I never felt worried once he showed up. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing towing service as he will not disappoint. He was there loading my boat 10 minutes( or sooner) after I made my call in.

My car has been dead for a while in the drive way and when InMotion showed up, they got it on the back of the flat bed relatively fast for the awkward angle he had to approach to not block the whole street. Got my car up and delivered to the repair shop of my choice, and was nice the whole time talking to David (the driver).

Edward was superb last night when we broke down. He arrived right on the money when he said he would! He brought our vehicle to the house and unloaded it exactly where we wanted. I was two hours from home , and stuck in the middle of nowhere in the dark, in the ice and snow, on 65 hwy, with a blow out, and a flat spare. They came out to air up my spare, spare turned out to have a broken valve stem ended up hooking . me up and brought back to town to get a new tire, fair price , and enjoyable conversation with a excellent young man. I started the day off with a patch of ice & a trip into the ditch...not so good. Got pulled out by Edward with InMotion Towing...GREAT! After calling my insurance they arranged for InMotion to come pull me out. They picked me up at the gas station the highway patrolmen had dropped me off at & took me back to my truck. I felt bad getting in their rig b/c I had mud on my boots from walking through the ditch. This truck was SO clean & appeared almost brand new! Edward was clean-cut & very professional. He had attire that was appropriate for the job but still looked nice, as well as professional...safety gear too. All of this gave me confidence he was a top notch professional in his field. He backed that up when we pulled the truck out...had it back on the road & moving in a minimal amount of time which reduced our risk of being involved in another accident. Their slogan is 'raising the standard.' They certainly backed that up today! Thanks Edward!

Best experience ever. We had a tire blowout and had to be towed to Columbia MO. Edward was fantastic. He actually dropped us off at our Hotel with our luggage. We left a small computer case in the truck and realized it about thirty minutes later and he turned around and brought it back to us!!!!!
