She re-keyed 3 locks, added a new one and made 5 keys for us all at a very reasonable rate. She was friendly, knew what she was doing, and let me know when to expect her. Shell be the first one I call if I ever need a locksmith again.

Great service, hard worker always just a phone call away. Locked ourselves out of our apartment, a Friday evening after 5:00. Gave her a call and she's on her way. Re-keyed some locks and changed out a lock for us...must of been here about two hours. Did a great job at a very reasonable rate. We've used her service several times now and will again. I highly recommend Hankins Lock & Key.

Sharlie is outstanding in her profession! She has a great sense of urgency that I really appreciate. She so willingly helped me when I needed to get back into my house on a rather chilly night. I'm pretty sure she was already in her own warm bed, but still came to assist me WITHIN MINUTES, in a ANOTHER TOWN. She is a user of ?. Scatter brained and unorganized. Her work is good, but scary to watch. 6 locks rekeyed, 9 keys made, 4.5 hour service call to make 9 keys and rekey six locks $250???

Was very impressed by the professionalism in which they answerd my call and helped me with my problem in which seemed to be a really big deal to me .but in less. Two hrs I had locks on my two doors then new keys after they came over 25 miles to fix my locks. So yeah two thumbs up to the lady who saved the day. .she would get my business again if for some reason I ever have the misfortune of finding myself in that situation. Again .
