Great service, but closes before posted business hours. Showed up 4:47pm on 1/27/20 and all lights were off and doors locked :( I drove quite a ways in rush hour to get key copies that I need before 8am tomorrow...Edit: I really appreciate their response and offering to open early for me. Great service as always!

Very quick response. Surprised by the cost. $85 to pick one padlock (3 min job) and sell a new padlock to volunteers helping an elderly woman with dementia is excessive.

The owner of this company went out of his way to help me re-key my manufacturing plant. I was able to access every door with one master key. He also had great advise on how to key the main doors and gates so the re-keying just them is easier and less expensive should we have to do that after letting an employee go without getting their key back. They are concerned about meeting my needs, not just making another sale.
