I waited over two hours for them to respond. I was told by Josh that they had bought all of the competition in town and that there was no one local that I could call. After I waited over an hour, I called for an update and he told me to watch out the window, their technician Billy Bob was on his way with an e.t.a of ten minutes. He told me that Billy Bob was older and may have trouble finding me. He told me to go out and do jumping jacks in the street. Forty minutes later, I called my insurance company and asked them to dispatch someone else. I didnt find this company to be professional or worth calling in the future. Horrible experience and even worse service from these clowns.

This company is a true step above the rest! I truly could not say enough good things about this company and its employees. They had top notch customer service when we were in a less than ideal situation. The owner was patient and understanding when dealing with our phones dropping his call. He was understanding when dealing with our unique situation. But over all the owner and his company are truly committed to taking care of there customers, and willing to do what it takes to help you out. A true genuine company here. A true breath of fresh air to see the commitment from a family owned business. Don't hesitate to call these guys!

Great customer service! I lost the keys to my car while on a hike and couldn't start the vehicle without a chipped key. The owner of Cooney's met me at my car and really went out of his way to help out. Within half an hour he had programmed two keys to work with my car and I was able to drive it out myself instead of getting towed. This business was truly a lifesaver after a very frustrating day, and the owner was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Cooney's!
