Charged us to program our key but didn't actually program our key... And the guy who helped us seemed a little crabby. Good other than that. Still cheaper than going through a dealership. Took about five minutes for us to program the key ourselves, so it wasn't that big of a deal.

Locked myself and my kiddos out of my car with the autostart, so the car was running on a Saturday afternoon. The man who answered my call was rude and implied I couldnt afford his services. He then told me to try calling someone else. If you are locked out of a car try helena towing or A1. Basically anything before subjecting yourself to Burdicks.

I tried to call them, and they informed me that they don't make keys at night. I am sorry that my key went missing while on a trip into Montana from out of state. I did not realize that we were required to lose keys between business ours. I understand that keys may not be able to be made on site. I would have been fine paying an employee to go to the shop to make them. I am not sure how they define an emergency in their business
